Thunderstorm Advisory No. 2 #MINPRSD Issued at 09:00 AM 20 March 2026 Light to Moderate to Occasionally Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over #AgusanDelNorte(Jabonga, Kitcharao), #SurigaoDelSur(Carrascal, Cortes, Lanuza, Cantilan, Madrid, Carmen, CityOfTandag, Tago, Bayabas, Marihatag, Tagbina, Cagwait), #SurigaoDelNorte(Claver, Socorro, SiargaoIsland) and #Camiguin within the next 1-2 hours. The above conditions are being experienced in #DinagatIslands, #SurigaoDelNorte(Alegria, Gigaquit, Tubod, Mainit, Bacuag, Malimono, Placer, Sison, TaganaAn, SanFrancisco, SurigaoCity), #SurigaoDelSur(SanAgustin, Lianga, Hinatuan, Barobo and CityOfBislig) which may persist within 1-2 hours and may affect nearby areas. All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.
