TROPICAL CYCLONE SUMMARY: (1) AT 28AUG26 0000Z, TROPICAL STORM 20W (BANG-LANG) WAS LOCATED NEAR 18.2N 164.9E, APPROXIMATELY 117 NM SOUTHWEST OF WAKE ISLAND, AND HAD TRACKED NORTHEASTWARD AT 10 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 60 KNOTS GUSTING TO 75 KNOTS. SEE REF B (WTPN33 PGTW 280300) FOR FURTHER DETAILS. (2) AT 28AUG26 0000Z, TROPICAL STORM 17W (SAUDEL) WAS LOCATED NEAR 28.1N 121.0E, APPROXIMATELY 375 NM WEST-NORTHWEST OF KADENA AB, AND HAD TRACKED WESTWARD AT 14 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 55 KNOTS GUSTING TO 70 KNOTS. SEE REF A (WTPN31 PGTW 280300) FOR THE FINAL WARNING ON THIS SYSTEM. (3) AT 28AUG26 0000Z, TROPICAL STORM 21W (ETAU) WAS LOCATED NEAR 24.1N 167.4E, APPROXIMATELY 291 NM NORTH OF WAKE ISLAND, AND HAD TRACKED NORTH-NORTHWESTWARD AT 11 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS.
