Light to Moderate to at times Heavy rains are expected over #Abra(Tineg, Lacub, Malibcong, LicuanBaay, Sallapadan, Daguioman, Bucloc, Tubo, Boliney), #IlocosSur(Sigay, Cervantes, GregorioDelPilar, Quirino, Salcedo, SantaCruz, Tagudin), #MountainProvince(Tadian, Besao, Sabangan, Bauko), #Benguet(Mankayan, Tuba, Kabayan, Buguias, Atok, BaguioCity, Itogon, Bokod), #Pangasinan(SantaBarbara, Malasiqui, Calasiao, SanCarlosCity, Binmaley, Lingayen, Bugallon, Infanta, Labrador, Aguilar, Mangatarem, Urbiztondo, Basista, SanQuintin, SantaMaria, Asingan, CityOfUrdaneta, Laoac, Manaoag, Mapandan, Mangaldan, DagupanCity, SanJacinto, Natividad, Tayug, Binalonan, Sison, SanFabian, Pozorrubio, SanNicolas, SanManuel, Mabini, Dasol), #Kalinga(Balbalan), #Apayao(Conner, Kabugao), #LaUnion, #NuevaVizcaya(SantaFe, Kayapa), #Ifugao(Mayoyao, Hungduan, Lagawe, Kiangan, Tinoc, Asipulo and Lamut) within the next 2 to 3 hours.

The above conditions are being experienced in #IlocosSur(Alilem, Sugpon, Suyo), #Pangasinan(Umingan, Balungao, Rosales, Villasis, SantoTomas, Alcala, Bautista, Bayambang), #Benguet(Kapangan, Tublay, Kibungan, Sablan, LaTrinidad, Bakun), #Ifugao(Banaue and Hingyon) which may persist within 2 to 3 hours and may affect nearby areas.

The public and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices concerned are advised to MONITOR the weather condition and watch for the next warning to be issued at 08:00 PM Today.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards. Residents along mountain slope are advised for possible landslides, mudslides, rockslides and flash flood.
