The above conditions are being experienced in #Palawan(Rizal, Brooke'sPoint, Bataraza, Balabac, SofronioEspanola), #Aklan(Balete, Altavas, Libacao, Madalag, Malinao, Banga), #Capiz(PresidentRoxas, Pontevedra and Panitan) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
