The above conditions are being experienced in #Antique(Culasi), #Aklan(Madalag, Libacao), #Capiz(Jamindan, Tapaz), #Iloilo(Badiangan, Mina, Pototan), #NegrosOccidental(CadizCity, SagayCity, BagoCity, LaCarlotaCity, SanEnrique, Valladolid, Pontevedra, Ilog and CityOfKabankalan) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
