Thunderstorm Advisory No. 24 #VISPRSD Issued at 07:23 PM 19 November 2025 Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over #NegrosOccidental(EnriqueB.Magalona, SilayCity, CityOfTalisay), #Iloilo(Concepcion, SanDionisio, Ajuy, Batad, Estancia, Sara), #Capiz(Dao, Cuartero, Mambusao), #Aklan(Balete, Banga, Altavas, Libacao) and #SouthernLeyte(Malitbog) within the next 1 to 2 hours. The above conditions are being experienced in #NegrosOccidental(CadizCity, Manapla, CityOfVictorias, LaCastellana), #Capiz(Pilar, RoxasCity, Panay, PresidentRoxas, Pontevedra, Panitan, MaAyon, Ivisan, SapiAn, Sigma, Jamindan, Tapaz), #Iloilo(Balasan, Carles), #Aklan(Batan, NewWashington, Madalag), #SouthernLeyte(CityOfMaasin, Macrohon) and #Palawan(Cagayancillo) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
