Thunderstorm Advisory No. 7 #MINPRSD Issued at 01:00 AM 25 February 2026 Moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over #Basilan(Maluso, AlBarka, UngkayaPukan, TipoTipo, Lantawan), #ZamboangaDelSur(Dinas, Margosatubig, VincenzoA.Sagun, SanPablo, SanMiguel, Lapuyan), #ZamboangaDelNorte(Gutalac, Baliguian), #MisamisOccidental(SapangDalaga, Baliangao, Calamba, OroquietaCity, LopezJaena, Plaridel, Aloran, Panaon, Jimenez, Sinacaban, Tudela, Clarin), #MaguindanaoDelNorte(DatuOdinSinsuat, DatuBlahT.Sinsuat, Upi) and #SurigaoDelNorte(SiargaoIsland) within the next 1-2 hours. The above conditions are being experienced in #Basilan(Sumisip, TabuanLasa), #ZamboangaDelSur(Tabina, Dimataling and Pitogo) which may persist within 1-2 hours and may affect nearby areas. All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.
