The above conditions are being experienced in #Cebu(DanaoCity, Compostela, Liloan), #Capiz(Cuartero, Dao, Dumalag, Dumarao, Jamindan, MaAyon, Mambusao, Panitan, SapiAn, Sigma, Tapaz), #Aklan(Ibajay, Malinao, Madalag, Libacao, Tangalan, Makato, Numancia, Lezo, Kalibo, Banga, Balete, NewWashington, Batan, Altavas), #Iloilo(CityOfPassi, Dueñas, Badiangan, Janiuay, Lambunao, Calinog and Bingawan) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
