Rainfall Advisory No. 3 #NLPRSD Weather System: Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) Issued at 11:00 PM 12 March 2026 Light to Moderate rains are expected over #Pangasinan(CityOfAlaminos, Sual, Labrador, Lingayen, Bugallon, Binmaley, DagupanCity, Mabini), #Isabela(Palanan, Dinapigue), #Aurora(Dilasag, Casiguran, Dinalungan, Dingalan, Baler, MariaAurora), #Quirino(Maddela, Aglipay), #NuevaVizcaya(Kasibu, Bambang, Bayombong, Solano, Villaverde), #Batanes, #Cagayan(Calayan), #Ifugao(Tinoc and Asipulo) within the next 2 to 3 hours.
