MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 105 KNOTS GUSTING TO 130 KNOTS. SEE REF A (WTPN31 PGTW 240900) FOR FURTHER DETAILS. (2) AT 24AUG26 0600Z, TROPICAL STORM 18W (NARRA) WAS LOCATED NEAR 19.9N 107.3E, APPROXIMATELY 103 NM SOUTHEAST OF HANOI, VIETNAM, AND HAD TRACKED SOUTHWESTWARD AT 05 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS.
