Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "LUIS" was estimated based on all available data at 350 km East of Baler, Aurora (15.7°N, 124.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 15 km/h.
The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to heavy rains.
WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED :
+ **Aurora** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Casiguran, Aguang and Lower Umiray.
+ **Bulacan** - All rivers and its tributaries
+ **Bataan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Balanga and Morong.
+ **Zambales** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Pamatawan, Sto. Tomas, Bucao, Bancal and Lawis.
